The Old Winery, which adjoins the gardens of Brookhill, is an historical building which was once a winery. It has now been converted to provide a very comfortable home with an abundance of character.

There is a very light and spacious double height living room with dining area, a pool side room with barbeque, a television room and a fully fitted kitchen. The Master Suite has a dressing area and bathroom with separate shower. There is a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two further small bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed.

Most rooms lead onto the verandah and the swimming pool located in the wonderful one acre garden, which enjoys beautiful mountain views. Within 2 minutes drive you will find Uitsig, Buitenverwachting and Klein Constantia wine farms. There are excellent restaurants in the vicinity and beautiful beaches within 15 minutes drive.
